Why "Heritage"

A roof isn't a purchase you make often, and most homeowners only get one or two chances in a house to get it right. Owner Christopher Harris built Heritage Roofing Dallas around the idea that a roofing job should hold up the same way years later as it looked the day it was finished — and that a company doing this kind of work should understand the neighborhoods it serves, not just the shingles it sells. That matters more in Oak Cliff than most parts of Dallas: this is a part of town with genuine architectural history, from the Tudor Revival and Craftsman bungalows of Kessler Park to the Prairie-style Four Squares of Winnetka Heights, and a roof replacement here is as much about respecting that character as it is about stopping a leak.

That means we don't chase every lead across the Metroplex. We focus on Oak Cliff and West Dallas — the streets, the older housing stock, the local permitting office, and the way North Texas weather treats a roof differently than it does two states over.

How We Work

Every project starts with an honest inspection, not a sales pitch. If a repair will genuinely solve the problem, we'll say so — we're not incentivized to sell a full replacement when it isn't needed. If a roof really is past its useful life, we'll explain exactly why, in plain terms, with photos.
